By subscribing to and using Sparq's services—including personalized and non-personalized relationship tips sent via text message—you agree to the following terms:

Service Description
Sparq is a subscription-based service delivering relationship prompts via text.

Subscription & Billing
By subscribing, you authorize Sparq to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly). If you signed up for a free trial, billing will begin automatically after 7 days unless canceled beforehand.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into the customer portal: Here. If you reply “STOP” via text, the messages will stop; however, this does not cancel your subscription. To end your subscription for the next billing cycle, you must login to the customer portal. If you have any problems or need help, please contact us at: hellosparqlive@gmail.com.
Cancellation must be submitted before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

Text Message Consent
By subscribing, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Sparq. Standard message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving texts, you may cancel your subscription or contact support.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By signing up to receive messages, users are agreeing they are 18 years old or greater.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
